Pejman Fatehi is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Colorado State University, under the supervision of Dr. Guo. With over five years of experience in investigating Civil Engineering Control and Vibration, Pejman received his master's degree in Structural Civil Engineering from the University of Kurdistan in Iran in 2018. He has actively participated in several projects focused on health monitoring and structural vibration control, utilizing innovative methods. Pejman's research interests are in blind source identification (BSI), active tuned mass dampers, vibration-based structural damage detection, and vision-based algorithms for damage detection. For his Ph.D. thesis, Pejman will be exploring the field of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) with a focus on wind-induced damage to structures. His aim is to contribute to advancements in this field and promote more effective methods for structural design and maintenance.
